On 1 September 2026, the FCA’s new rules and guidance in relation to non-financial misconduct will come into effect, reflecting the FCA’s increased emphasis on culture, conduct and individual accountability.

If unchecked, non-financial misconduct can harm individuals, firms and confidence in financial services.

Ahead of the new rules and guidance, PIMFA in partnership with CII and CISI and with the support of Clyde & Co have prepared guidance to help their members prevent and effectively deal with non-financial misconduct when it arises.

We are pleased to invite you to attend the launch of the guidance on Tuesday, 23 June 2026, from 4pm to 6pm at Clyde & Co.

The launch will start with a brief panel followed by networking and canapés.

Registration from 3.30pm; Discussion, followed by networking and canapes 4pm to 6pm.
