Consumer Duty Implementation Plan Template

Welcome to the 2022 PIMFA Guide for the Consumer Duty implementation plan – which must be signed off by your board by 31 October 2022. The essence of the Consumer Duty is to ensure firms look inwards and consider what this means in relation to their own business models, products, and customer journeys; it’s not a case of following a prescriptive tick-box approach. We have therefore produced an outline of the main points that firms could consider when drafting their plans.
