We are holding our inaugural Private Wealth Management: VAT briefing session at 11am to 1pm on Thursday 19 March 2020 at our Manchester office. We have a great team of Private Wealth Management (“PWM”) VAT specialists on hand to talk you through a range of topical VAT issues and help you understand how you can navigate some of the challenges that an ever-changing environment can present from a VAT perspective.

On the day, we propose to cover a number of current issues that are currently affecting the PWM sector such as:

• VAT treatment of model portfolios;
• VAT treatment of ISA admin charges;
• VAT treatment of ongoing fees;
• Partial Exemption Special Methods; and
• Making Tax Digital.

On the day, you will hear insights from Deloitte specialists with significant experience in the PWM sector. Our team of Financial Services specialists work with a number of businesses in the sector and will use this insight to ensure that the session is both interesting and informative. There will be an opportunity to network with other guests from your sector and your Deloitte contacts throughout the session.

Please note that attendance is free and refreshments will be provided.

If you would like to attend this event, please register by emailing Hayley Smith (haylsmith@deloitte.co.uk) by COP on 6 March 2020.
