PIMFA’s submission to GC24/4: Proposed amendments to Guidance on the treatment of politically exposed persons

Whilst PIMFA members have no issues with the proposals, given that they already employ a proportionate and risk-based approach to PEPs which considers individual circumstances, they would be grateful for further clarification on some aspects as set out in our responses to the questions in the annex.
