PIMFA response to the ICO consultation on their draft right of access guidance

PIMFA’s response to ICO consultation on the draft right of access guidance - whilst we found the draft guidance to be an improvement in clarity, it fails to address the complexity of everyday life in business in instances such as the role of data processors in performing DSARS, how to handle personal data relating to multiple data subjects in one email re identifying whose data is whose and the fact that email searches in global businesses can often bring back many thousands of results for employee DSARS, even with co-operative data subjects
