PIMFA’s response to FCA CP18/9: Consultation on further remedies: Asset Management Market Study - commenting that, although the AMMS remedies outlined in CP18/09 are directed at Authorised Fund Managers, we believe there are circumstances in which they may impact upon the activities of PIMFA members as distributors of/advisers on investment funds and that the FCA should take account of these wider impacts when finalising its requirements
