Whilst the focus of the GC is on the preparation of the Statement of Responsibilities and Responsibilities maps, further guidance would be welcomed on such issues as the widening of the number of roles that will fall within the conduct rules and factors firms may wish to consider where they believe an individual may not be fit and proper
