Keynote 2: Discover the power to thinking bigger with AI
On our AI journey, we move through three stages. First, AI aware: curious, cautious, observing. Then, AI forward: using AI to speed up tasks. Being AI native is always asking, “How would I think differently if intelligence were always available?”
Back for a third year, Sneha Shah, Head of SEI Next, will share how becoming AI-native isn’t about learning another tool or waiting for your organisation to catch up. It’s about how you, as an individual, choose to think, decide, and lead in a world where intelligence is no longer scarce. It requires letting go of perfection, embracing experimentation, and trusting your judgement even more—not less. Being AI-native does not mean replacing your experience—it’s means amplifying it, working in partnership with intelligence, so your energy is spent on insight, creativity, and impact.

Presentation: Managing pressure effectively
In the high-speed world of financial targets, information overload, and more emails than you should probably receive, balancing pressure can be overwhelming. Building from 2025’s fireside chat with one of the country’s leading transplant surgeons, this session will invite a luminary from a completely different walk of life to financial services to talk to us, where ‘life and death’ is less figurative.
Discussing coping mechanisms for high stress situations, the session will aim to inspire and share easily adoptable techniques that we can all implement when we need them most.
Presentation: Culture – not a meaningless term
The old adage ‘culture eats strategy for breakfast’ feels like a cliché today – but like many cliches, it is popular for a reason. How effectively a firm maintains its direction of travel long term is a product of subtle action in quiet moments, and a clearly orientated company identity forms the bedrock of this.
In this session, stream sponsor Tatton Investment Management, will give their take on identifying, creating, and maintaining an effective business culture that meets client needs, and supports employee retention.
Presentation: Economic Outlook – a view of the markets
In an environment of significant global change, including war, tariffs and sanctions, the economics of how the world is developing, and what this means for markets, can feel unclear.
In this session, an economist will give us their take on where we are, what may change, and what this means for professionals in wealth and advice.
Presentation: Financial considerations during divorce
A deeply emotional time for clients, with significant financial considerations for them, especially among women, is divorce.
In this session, our expert speaker will cover off the practical considerations for finances, and how the adviser can provide effective support during a time that their client may need them most.
Presentation: Public Meets Private: The New Portfolio Reality for Wealth Managers in 2026
Discover how the line between public and private markets is disappearing and why it matters for wealth managers in 2026. Private giants like SpaceX, which is preparing for a possible 2026 IPO that could become one of the largest in history, are reshaping what it means to access growth. At the same time, fast‑growing private unicorns have been outperforming broad public equity indexes and now represent about 9 percent of global market value, yet most client portfolios have little or no exposure to them.
Join Morningstar Indexes to explore how this shift is changing the definition of “the market” and how advisers can bring the innovation economy into client portfolios responsibly, using new research and tools from Morningstar and PitchBook.

Presentation: The Human Edge: Communication in the Age of AI
AI can draft your emails, polish your reports and generate your talking points. But can it build trust with a client? Inspire a team? Make someone feel genuinely heard? That’s your edge – and it’s not going anywhere. As AI reshapes how we work and communicate, the professionals who stand out are those combining smart use of technology with something no algorithm can manufacture: credibility, judgement and nuance.
In this session, communications consultant and trainer Monika Morgan introduces her signature framework for using AI with confidence, clarity and a voice that’s unmistakably yours. Drawn from her work with organisations navigating AI adoption, it’s practical and immediately applicable.
You’ll leave knowing how to:
- Lead with the one thing AI can’t replicate – your judgement
- Use AI to sharpen your thinking without diluting your voice or your perspective
- Apply Monika’s practical, memorable framework every time you sit down to write, communicate or create
Whether you’re already experimenting with AI or approaching it with caution, this session will help you show up with more clarity, confidence and impact – in the room, in writing and with the clients who matter most.

Presentation: IVF Support – What, How and the ROI for Why
Following on from one of last year’s event highlights, the eye-opening panel on pregnancy loss and fertility, we are carrying on the conversation about spreading awareness and encouraging employer support for women (and partners) working through fertility issues.
This session will explain the growing endemic of reproductive health issues globally and relate the conversation to what the employee experiences during this time, including the impact of treatment. Charlotte will then explain how businesses can support employees going through these challenges, and what the benefits are to businesses that provide this support.
Speakers
Charlotte Gentry
Charlotte Gentry is a well-known entrepreneur in the marketing and communications sector and is the founder of The IVFN, an employee benefit platform designed to help people who are undergoing any fertility related challenge. The IVFN provides employer membership to support people who are struggling with miscarriage, PCOS, Endometriosis, male infertility issues, trauma, and baby loss. A large focus is also on supporting those people within the LGBTQ+ community and providing complex information on donor and surrogacy.
As a result of undergoing 9 years of fertility journey, Charlotte discovered that it was very hard to gain diversity of opinion about her particular fertility issues without spending a lot of money to get it. She has therefore built a platform which brings all the ‘best in class’ specialists together, and has now enabled her members to access free consultations from the number one experts globally, as well as 24/7 nursing care.
A key focus of The IVFN is to support the business, not just the employee and The IVFN does this through content curated to educate the HR, DEI or line manager, provide workshops and a suite of tools to support a business with becoming Menopause Action Plan Ready.
Charlotte previously owned Pure Communications Group, an integrated communications agency which she sold last year to MCI, a global events network.
Presentation: The ‘Sandwich Generation’ – balancing new investment requirements
Bridging a generational gap between an ageing population, and greater economic difficulty for younger people still setting themselves up economically, there is an increased trend for people supporting both elderly parents, and older children financially.
This trend is anticipated by many to continue, and this session will explore what these additional financial requirements mean for those seeking investment advice and support.
Presentation: Embedding client centricity within the DNA of an organisation
Creating a culture of client centricity is easy to say, but harder to do.
This session will focus on what ‘client centricity’ really means, and how an organisation can tangibly demonstrate it.
It will also ask the question of how ensuring client prioritisation stands the test of time, as the maelstrom of change and global negativity threatens the resolve of organisations globally doing the ‘right thing’.
Presentation: Digital culture – creating and staying the course with digital transformation
Effective digitisation within organisations is about far more than buying and integrating the latest tech – myriad implementations fail after the fact due to use of new tools not landing with employees.
In this session an expert consultant, with significant experience of global digital upskilling projects, will talk about how organisations effectively transform through cultural innovation, and avoid ‘buy it and leave it on the shelf’ scenarios.

Presentation: Leadership gets all the glory—but what about the other 99% of the time?
We spend most of our lives as followers: on teams at work, in our families, in our communities, and in our friendships. Yet we rarely talk about how to do it well. Join us for an enlightening session exploring The Art of Followership—a skillset that will transform both your career trajectory and your most important relationships. You will discover…
For Your Career:
- How exceptional followers become indispensable team members and fast-track their advancement
- The difference between passive compliance and active, engaged followership
- How followership increases agency at work
- Strategies for influencing up and building trust with leaders and peers
- Why the most effective leaders are almost always the most effective followers first
For Your Personal Life:
- How followership principles strengthen partnerships, parenting, and friendships
- The art of knowing when to lead and when to support in relationships
- Building deeper trust through reliable, thoughtful engagement
- Creating reciprocal relationships where everyone thrives
In our workplaces and homes, we’re constantly navigating the dance between leading and following. Those who master both roles build stronger teams, advance faster, maintain healthier relationships, and create more meaningful impact wherever they go. This isn’t about being passive or subordinate—it’s about being strategic, engaged, and powerful in every role you play.
Presentation: Educating companies on domestic abuse
In the UK, one in three women and one in five men will experience domestic abuse in their lifetime.
In this session, survivor and MBE-awarded activist Sharon Livermore will talk about how employers can make a genuine difference through education, policy, and cultural change, highlighting that even small actions can save lives.
Speakers
Sharon Livermore MBE
In 2015, Sharon narrowly escaped becoming part of a devastating statistic; in the UK, one woman is killed every five days, on average, by a current or former partner. Surviving that experience changed everything. It gave her not just a second chance, but a mission: to use her voice as a force for change.
Sharon is now an award-winning advocate, speaker, and educator in the field of domestic abuse. In 2024, she was honoured with an MBE for services to victims of domestic abuse, a recognition she holds with deep pride and humility.
Her work is rooted in lived experience and a powerful belief: that the workplace can be more than just a place of employment, it can be a lifeline. For Sharon, work was the only environment that offered a sense of safety. But even then, as research shows, up to 75% of employed victims are harassed by their abusers while at work. This reality fuels her passion for change. Sharon’s mission is to educate businesses across the UK on the realities of domestic abuse and empower them to take action, by equipping leaders and employees with the knowledge, tools, and confidence to support colleagues who may be experiencing abuse now or in the future.
Sharon is committed to ensuring every organisation has a clear and compassionate Domestic Abuse Policy, along with the understanding that even small actions can save lives. Through training, consultancy, speaking engagements, and free resources, Sharon is working to build safer workplaces, and a future where no one feels alone in their experience. Together, we can break the silence and stop abuse.
Presentation: Creating an investment culture in the UK
With an ageing population and greater strain than ever on retirement requirements, some argue that the answer may lie in education and encouraging greater prioritisation towards investment akin to that seen in the US, building off a strong foundation of the UK’s savings culture.
This session will explore what this could look like, and what would be required to develop it.
Presentation: Ultra-high net worth clients – requirements and skills
Dealing with ultra-high net worth clients can be intimidating; their requirements can be significant, and their expectations demanding.
This session will analyse trends in requirements of this client segment, and offer insights into how this demographic like to deal with their wealth manager, covering both research insights and ‘soft skills’.
Presentation: Engaging with the digital native generation – regulated advice over ‘Finfluence’
Within the discussions on the ‘great wealth transfer’ and generational shifts in client bases, there is a technological shift in how new clients prefer engagement.
The much-publicised controversies around ‘finfluencers’ and ‘TikTok advice’ indicate a wider issue then the need to clamp down on unregulated advice, but how we as wealth and advice firms engage with a younger client pace, one whose importance will only grow with time as wealth transfers.
This session will explore how firms can stay digitally relevant, and safeguard younger generations against unqualified ‘advice’ on social media.
