The FCA has implemented changes to the eligibility to the high net worth exemption in line with statutory instrument The Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Financial Promotion) (Amendment and Transitional Provision) Order 2024. The statutory instrument comes into effect on 27 March 2024. This explanatory memorandum accompanies the legislation.
