PIMFA’s submission to the House of Lords Financial Services Regulation Committee (FSRC) on the FCA’s proposals in consultation paper CP24/2: Our Enforcement Guide and publicising enforcement investigations – a new approach
Whilst we are supportive of accelerating and streamlining the enforcement process and driving accountability and welcome the FCA’s more assertive approach to enforcement, we also share the concerns expressed by a significant number of trade bodies across the financial services sector and those raised by both the Treasury Sub-Committee on Financial Services Regulation and this Committee.
