PIMFA Consultation Response to FCA's Broadening retail access to the long-term asset fund. As we have previously set out, whilst we believe that there is value in the provision of LTAFs – especially in the institutional investor market – feedback from PIMFA member firms suggests that at present interest in offering LTAFs to advised clients remains low. However, we do have thoughts on questions relating specifically to whether or not the LTAF should be subject to FSCS protection
