PIMFA response to FCA PRA DP23/3: Review of the Senior Managers and Certification Regime (SM&CR) in which we note the intention to extend the scope of the regime and, in light of the current delays in processing authorisations and senior managers approvals, we would urge the FCA to resolve the existing problems first and ensure that it has the available staff to deal with an expanded regime and the additional applications that will be submitted as a result
