PIMFA Response to FCA CP24/30 A new product information framework for Consumer Composite Investments

PIMFA welcomes the intent to move forward from the overly prescriptive PRIIPs disclosure regime to a more flexible approach for Consumer Composite Investments (CCIs) but urges focus on the need for greater simplicity, providing a holistic roadmap of change and dependencies and allowing sufficient time for proposals to be implemented effectively
