PIMFA Response to FCA’s Rules Review Framework

This is the PIMFA response to FCA’s Rules Review Framework from September 2023, asking how such processes are used and whether they are approached in the right spirit, i.e. are they a burdensome exercise that must be completed without conceding any errors or a genuine opportunity to evaluate the real-world consequences of an intervention taking account of the feedback and experiences of relevant stakeholders?
