Nick is a Partner at Redmayne Bentley with experience in Wealth Management & Stockbroking extending over three decades. His formative years were spent in dealing, stockbroking and investment management positions before joining Redmayne Bentley’s senior management team in 2008, leading a number of acquisitions and regional expansion. Based in London, Nick sits on a number of Redmayne Bentley’s key control committees and is a member of the Main and Executive Boards where he is central in Redmayne Bentley’s business strategy and development.

Gary is a Chartered Financial Planner and the Managing Partner of a financial planning and investment management firm based in Dorset serving a small but geographically diverse clientele. Prior to the merger with the WMA Gary was Deputy Chair of APFA. Gary is a Member of the Chartered Insurance Institutes’ Professional Standards Board having previously been Deputy Chair of the Examiners Committee and a senior examiner in the business law, tax and pensions level six qualifications. Gary is a Lay Member of the Upper Tribunal Tax and Chancery Chamber where he makes determinations in references made by firms and individuals in respect of actions taken against them by the Financial Services regulators. From 2006 to 2012 Gary was a member of the FSA’s Regulatory Decisions Committee.

Since joining Nedbank Private Wealth, the business has significantly invested in technology, digital client experience and data. It has also been recognised in the PAM Awards, winning the HNW Wealth Planning category for 2 years. The business is also listed in the Sunday Times 100 Best Places to work in the UK.
Based in the London office of Nedbank Private Wealth, he has overall responsibility for managing the company’s UK and international Wealth operations across all its office locations outside of South Africa.
During his career, Stuart has undertaken senior roles in Cazenove Capital, C. Hoare & Co. and Barclays Wealth. His focus has been on developing high-net-worth relationship and advice businesses across wealth management, private banking and corporate banking.
Stuart is a Chartered Wealth Manager, Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment, and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers
Tracey Davidson

Tracey was appointed CEO of Hampden & Co in October 2024. She started her career at Barclays where she worked across the UK latterly in a variety of senior positions within the corporate and wealth management divisions. Tracey joined Handelsbanken in 2003 and accelerated her career quickly becoming Senior Vice President and Head of Northern UK. During this time Tracey was entrusted to lead an acquisition team to identify and acquire an investment and wealth management business. After the successful acquisition of Heartwood (a wholly owned subsidiary of Handelsbanken Plc), Tracey was appointed CEO in 2014. During Tracey’s tenure as CEO, the firm received numerous awards for its global multi-asset funds, wealth management solutions, and as Best Private Bank. In 2019 Tracey took on the position of Deputy CEO of Handelsbanken Plc.
Tracey is also Chair of the Chartered Institute for Securities And Investment (CISI) Integrity & Ethics Committee. Tracey was regularly named one of PAM’s Top 50 Most Influential including 2023. She also received the ‘Initiatives in Diversity’ award at The City of London Wealth Management Awards 2019.
Charley Davies

Charley joined Evelyn Partners in September 2022 as Group General Counsel. She was also appointed as Group Company Secretary in April 2024.
She joined from Provident Financial Group PLC, the London Stock Exchange listed specialist bank, where she was Group General Counsel and Company Secretary. Prior to this she served as General Counsel and Company Secretary at Cabot Credit Management. She has also held the General Counsel and Company Secretary role at Lockton, the global insurance brokerage, and has held a number of non-executive positions..
She began her legal career at Clifford Chance, before moving to Norton Rose. She holds a degree from the University of Southampton and a post-graduate qualification from the College of Law, Guildford.

The Rt. Hon John Gummer, Lord Deben, was a Minister in the governments of Margaret Thatcher and John Major for sixteen years, when he was Secretary of State for Agriculture and Secretary of State for the Environment.
Prior to becoming Chairman of PIMFA he was Chairman of the Association of Professional Financial Advisers (APFA). He is a member of the Board of the Castle Trust. He set up and now runs Sancroft, a Corporate Responsibility consultancy working with blue-chip companies around the world on environmental, social and ethical issues
Richard Flynn

Richard Flynn is an experienced financial professional with over 20 years of experience in equity markets (specializing in US investing) and the delivery of financial advice. He has been with Charles Schwab for over 15 years and for the last seven years has served as Chief Executive of its UK retail business, Charles Schwab UK.
Prior to joining Schwab, Richard worked in several financial firms, delivering financial advice to investors and professionals across the UK and Ireland. A law graduate of University College Dublin, Richard also holds a Diploma in Private Client Investment Advice and Management and studied at the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
Andrew McGlone

Andy was appointed Chief Executive of Quilter Cheviot in January 2019, and of Quilter Cheviot Financial Planning in January 2022, as these two businesses were brought together to provide, where relevant, a full-service wealth management offering. Previously, he was Head of Quilter Cheviot’s London office with overall responsibility for the front office functions based out of our Head Office, including the private client investment teams, and the research and dealing teams.
Over a twenty-year period, Andy worked his way up through the London private client department: starting as a trainee, qualifying as an investment manager, then leading one of the London investment teams before becoming head of department in late 2013. He then became Managing Director, London Investment Management in 2015 before taking over as Chief Executive in 2019. Each of these positions has left a strong mark on Andy, in terms of just how important the role we play is in clients’ lives.
Andy sits on the Quilter Cheviot Board, and chairs the firm’s Executive Committee. He also sits on the Boards of Quilter Cheviot International and Quilter Cheviot Europe, subsidiaries operating in Jersey and Dublin, managing our International and European based clients. As a member of Quilter plc’s Executive Committee, Andy is also the Executive Sponsor of Quilter’s approach to responsible investment and corporate sustainability which focuses on how we invest on behalf of our clients and the way Quilter acts as a company. He is also Executive Sponsor of the Inclusion & Diversity Committee, responsible for the successful delivery of the inclusion and diversity strategy for Quilter which aims to build an inclusive environment for all colleagues.
Having graduated the previous summer from Royal Holloway, University of London, Andy joined what was then Quilter Goodison in February 1994. He is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investments.

Titan Wealth Planning provides bespoke financial planning advice to private clients and assists employers with the design, communication and implementation of employee benefits. He has over 25 years experience in various roles in financial services and is based in Bristol. Derek enjoys all sports having played rugby and cricket for over 30 years until age turned him into an avid spectator.

Sarah has 35 years’ experience in investment and wealth management having previously worked for Seymour Pierce Butterfield, Brewin Dolphin and JM Finn. She has held roles ranging from Investment Manager, Head of Office, Regional Managing Director, National Director, Business Development Director and Head of Investment Management. She was the first woman to be appointed to the board of Brewin Dolphin Holdings PLC, a FTSE 250 company.
Sarah currently sits on the board of PIMFA, the trade body of the wealth management industry, and is Chair of its Nomination Committee. Sarah is also on the Council of the Institute of Directors (IOD) where she also sits on the Nomination Committee.
In the past she has held external roles such as Chair of Governors of St Francis School, Pewsey and Chair of the Marie Curie Spring Arts Committee.
Married with two daughters, Sarah is a strong supporter of diversity and inclusion and is a mentor to a number of young women in the wealth management industry.
In her spare time she enjoys swimming, yoga, Pilates, reading, travel, theatre and walking her Great Dane.
Paul Stockton

Paul became Chief Executive of Rathbone Brothers Plc in May 2019. Prior to this, he was group finance director from 2008 to 2018 and Managing Director of Rathbone Investment Management from May 2018. He qualified as a chartered accountant with PriceWaterhouse in 1992. In 1999 he joined Old Mutual Plc as group financial controller, becoming director of finance in 2001 and finance director of Gerrard Limited eight months later. Two years after the sale of Gerrard in 2005 he left to work initially for Euroclear and, subsequently, as a divisional finance director of the Phoenix Group. He was formerly a non-executive director of the Financial Services Compensation Scheme.
Camilla Stowell

Camilla is Head of Private for the NWG Wealth businesses and a member of the NWG Wealth Executive Committee. She is responsible for all of the Coutts private and commercial client relationship and specialist teams advising UK and International HNW and UHNW clients, leading client service and advice, together with strategic and propositional developments. Deep wealth management experience has been built over her career with Coutts and previously Schroders and Lloyds. She is the Wealth Executive Sponsor for the NWG Purpose and Climate ambitions, as well as the Executive Sponsor of the Wealth Social Mobility Network.
Previously a proud Trustee of the Coutts Foundation, she is now an active member of the Advisory Board of Women in Banking & Finance and an Appointed Trustee on the NatWest Group Retirement Savings Plan Scheme 2024.
Camilla was Private Banker International “Outstanding Young Private Banker” 2012; has a BA Hons Philosophy & Politics Durham University and the Securities Institute Diploma, and has recently completed “Leading and Building a Culture of Innovation” at Harvard Business School.
Geoff Towers

Geoff brings over 35 years of wealth management and investment services experience including leadership roles at Citibank, Legal & General and Barclays International Funds Group. He was the first chief executive of Standard Life’s platform business. He has worked in financial services in some 20+ countries and has experience in a wide variety of regulatory and business environments.
He served as CEO of BNY Mellon’s Pershing Ltd for six years before deciding to step down in 2021 to focus on a number of non-executive roles – only to discover that running fast growth companies is too interesting to leave behind – so he joined GPP as their CEO in 2022.
Geoff has a particular interest in some of the more complex areas of diversity and inclusion and, in particular, in unconscious bias and how we can overcome its effects. Geoff served on the advisory board of the City of London Social Mobility Task Force.
