Vulnerability Working Group

Fair treatment of vulnerable clients is a central focus and continuing priority for the Financial Conduct Authority. PIMFA’s Vulnerable Customers Working Group is a forum for members to exchange best practice and to discuss queries, issues and possible approaches relating to vulnerable customer issues. It will also be working with PIMFA to keep our support material up to date.
