Operational Resilience Working Group

Operational Resilience is a continuing priority for the Financial Conduct Authority. PIMFA’s Operational Resilience Working Group looks at the challenges and opportunities firms face in constructing an operational resilience framework for their firm. This includes, for example, the definition of critical business services and assigning impact tolerances to each of the services.
