SecuritEase® is a registered trademark owned by New Zealand company, SecuritEase International Limited (SIL).

SecuritEase evolved from a company called Scientific Software and Systems Ltd. founded in 1985 which focused on providing software development services for scientific and engineering organisations having advanced intellectual property and wishing to deploy that knowledge commercially. In 2023, SecuritEase was separated into its own group of business entities to better position itself as a global supplier of settlement and accounting systems for brokers in NZ, Australia and South Africa.

SecuritEase’s head office is located in Wellington, New Zealand. The company and its subsidiaries have more than 50 staff located in New Zealand, Australia, South Africa and Europe.
