EU Digital Operational Resilience Act – what is it and what do financial services businesses need to do?

The EU Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) entered into force on 16 January 2023 and will be applicable from 17 January 2025. The deadline for financial services businesses to comply is fast approaching and some of DORA’s requirements will take time to meet, including remediating contracts to meet DORA’s prescriptive requirements.
