The EU Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) entered into force on 16 January 2023 and will be applicable from 17 January 2025. The deadline for financial services businesses to comply is fast approaching and some of DORA’s requirements will take time to meet, including remediating contracts to meet DORA’s prescriptive requirements.

In this webinar, our experts will provide you with the essential knowledge to navigate this new regulatory landscape. Topics covered will include:

*An overview of DORA: We will demystify DORA’s requirements, explain the context for the new regime and the impact it will have.
*DORA vs. the UK operational resilience regime: Our experts will compare and contrast DORA with the UK’s equivalent regime, highlighting key similarities and differences. This comparative analysis will provide a dual perspective, essential for businesses operating in the UK and the EU.
*Contracting requirements and the role of in-house legal: In-house legal teams will be at the forefront of ensuring compliance with DORA’s contracting requirements. We will share actionable tips and techniques on approaching DORA’s ICT contract requirements, as well as remediation exercises.

We hope you will be able to join us.
