DESCRIPTION:  \nSHORTLIST ANNOUNCED \nCONGRATULATIONS TO ALL FINALISTS \nPIMFA is the trade association for the wealth management\, investment services and financial advice sector. One of its roles is to promote talent\, diversity and inclusion within this space\, highlight best practice and develop initiatives to help build an industry which better reflects its increasingly diverse customer base. \nThere are many instances of good practice which remain hidden or unrecognised.
