The recent review of PIMFA member priorities has indicated that skills, talent and Diversity & Inclusion remain significant issues. This chimes well with the recent creation of the Financial Services Skills Council (FSSC , which was one of the recommendations from the FS Skills Taskforce report launched in January 2020.
